- We partner with Printful, which offsets CO₂ emissions for all shipments.
International Shipping
- International shipping costs are based on weight and are calculated to approximate Printful’s standard international shipping rates.
- Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
- Delivery times vary by location but generally take 7–21 business days after shipping.
- Some countries may charge additional customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Like with U.S. orders, all shipments include a CO₂ offset as part of Printful’s sustainability efforts.
Tracking & Order Updates
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its progress.

It usually takes 2–5 business days to produce your item, plus shipping time. Depending on your location, you can expect your order within 5–12 business days after production.
If your order hasn’t arrived, please first check the tracking information provided in your confirmation email. If the tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us at within 7 days so we can assist you.
If your item arrives damaged or there’s a printing error, let us know within 30 days. Share photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please reach out to us with details of the charge. We’ll investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Since all products are made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a defect. Check the size guide carefully to avoid any hiccups!
